Granite House is more than a group home. Granite house is a nonprofit dedicated to helping those who need it. It is a very special purpose-built community residence with amazing caregivers. Our residents are cherished and our staff members are valued. As a total assistance group home, we serve individuals and families in the Twin Cities area and St. Croix Valley in Minnesota/Wisconsin.
