Gracepoint Partial-Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program is a voluntary, short-term, partial-hospital program for individuals 18 years and older. Gracepoint is a full- or half-day personalized counseling program that provides comprehensive treatment for individuals who do not currently require hospitalization or as a step in the continuum of care before or following inpatient treatment.
