The Goodwill Construction and Weatherization Training Program designed to help participants acquire the skills and knowledge needed to embark on rewarding careers in residential or industrial construction or related fields.

Goodwill now offers hands-on training for solar installer jobs. This is a four-week training course, 40 hours per week.
