About the Practice

Bruce J. Sand MD, FACS & Mary T. Sand R.N.,B.S.N.,CNOR,PHN are the co-founders of Good To Great Inc. Dr. Sand was a board certified ophthalmic and oculoplastic surgeon. Dr. Sand was a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
He pioneered many of the laser-based aesthetic processes used in clinical practice today. As an affiliate of the Beckman Laser Institute at the University of California at Irvine, Dr. Sand introduced the concepts of laser-based “Non-Ablative Skin Remodeling” and the “Integrated Dynamic Cooling Process” to cosmetic dermatology.
