Hi. Im Kimberly. Ive been a California attorney for over 35 years, and I have experience in many areas of the law including divorce, custody, support, business, real estate, personal injury, civil litigation, mediation and even a little bit of criminal defense. I recently decided to focus my practice on Estate Planning and Business Counseling out of a desire to genuinely be of service and help people in a meaningful way.

I have discovered that the traditional way of practicing estate planning just simply doesnt work and it leaves families with failed plans that dont work when they are needed. I dont just draft documents and present them to my clients in a fancy binder that then sits on a shelf for years never to be updated. While, of course, I prepare all the necessary documents I also develop a heart-centered relationship with my clients, and I encourage them to call me with questions and seek my counsel through the many changes that their lives go through so I can revise and up
