Go Airport Shuttle & Executive Car Service

I have been a loyal customer of Go Airport Shuttle for nearly 2 years. In fact, when I commuted between New York City and Fort Lauderdale 2-3x/month, I nearly always took your car service from the airport to my family's home in Boca Raton. This past Friday, I had an extraordinary experience with one of your drivers, Syed Islam, Car #3726. Despite being a new Go Airport Shuttle employee and the late hour of the evening (around 12am), Mr. Islam exuded poise and sensitivity. He helped me with my bag and made sure the car was not too cold and that the radio was at a low volume. He was friendly, without being intrusive, and I felt as though he cared about my safety. When we arrived at my family's home, poor network coverage was delaying processing my credit card. He was extremely patient, however, and told me not to worry that it was taking longer than usual to process. I had such a pleasant experience as his passenger and single handedly Mr. Islam has improved my perception of the company and the service your provide. I would surely recommend your service widely if more drivers were like Mr. Islam. Furthermore, as an advisor to businesses myself, I would recommend you entrust Mr. Islam with loyal and high-value customers.
