hey replaced our windshield, the piece between our windshield and driver's side window inexplicably flew off on the interstate. They have not been responsive to our communication at all. If I could give a lower rating, I would. I reached out to them electronically via their website and provided contact information. They have not responded. This is the same pattern of behavior/lack of communication my wife experienced from Nico, their employee who ceased communicating with my wife after a couple text message exchanges. At this point- I would not recommend this business. We had hoped they would rectify the situation, but that seems unlikely.
