Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Friday - Sunday: Closed
Lab appointments are walk-ins only.

Outpatient rehab services hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 7:00am to 4:30pm
Thursday – 7:00am to 3:30pm
Friday, Saturday and Sunday – CLOSED

Outpatient rehab services include:
• Occupational Therapy
• Physical Therapy
