Gemstone Wellness provides trauma therapy and mental health counseling in Chicago from our Loop office at 53 W. Jackson Blvd., with secure telehealth throughout Illinois. Our licensed therapists help adults heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions through compassionate, insight-oriented care. We offer individual therapy, couples counseling, sex therapy, adult autism and AuDHD assessment, and immigration psychological evaluations for asylum, U Visa, and VAWA cases. We also specialize in poly and kink concerns. As a women-owned, Latina-owned, queer-affirming practice, we provide inclusive, identity-aware care for clients in both English and Spanish. We accept Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO.
