My clients are women who are over 40 who are feeling scattered and uncentered. We work together to regain, refocus, and take control of their Present with clarity and purpose, so they move forward into who they are. My coaching philosophy is that my clients are not victims of ADHD. Instead, they have unique brains that process differently. We find ways to adapt their type of processing to their needs. I am a certified life coach (CPC) and a Certified ADHD Life Coach (CALC). I am a retired special education teacher, an experienced mentor, and instructor with a demonstrated history of working with individuals and groups to offer family & mental health services. My coaching services are provided by telephone or online.
