Handcrafted shakes made with high quality whey protein, whole fruits and veggies, natural nut butters along with other REAL ingredients. We are not a juice bar or sugary smoothie. We keep the fiber in for prebiotic benefits, satiety and digestive health. We do not sweeten our milks and fruits and we create our shops to make our Protein Shakes in front of you where you can see it made. You know everything we put in. Use as a Meal or snack Replacement and a recovery shake. If you think eating healthy is hard, you haven't tried us.
