Dr. Francisco Fantauzzi-Nazario graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus. He then went on to earn his medical degree from Universidad Central del Caribe, School of Medicine, in Cayey, Puerto Rico. Dr. Fantauzzi-Nazario did a transitional internship at Dr. Ramon Ruiz-Arnau University Hospital in Puerto Rico and later a family practice residency at Memorial Medical Center. Dr. Fantauzzi-Nazario brings his years of experience to join Dr. Jose Rendon.
