We are writing to inform you that after many decades of chiropractic service to our patients, myself and Dr. Sam Frattalone will be retiring from practice effective May 23, 2023. We will be available until that date for your care at which time the facility will be closed. We would like to thank you for your trust and faith you have given us over the years as your physicians, as it has been an honor and pleasure to provide you and your families with your chiropractic care. All your chiropractic medical records will be transferred to Advanced Medical of Florida where numerous physicians are available for all your chiropractic and therapeutic needs.
