All evaluations can be quickly and easily booked online or by contacting our office directly. Our company believes in building a connection with each patient from the beginning and we strive to make it our mission to schedule evaluations and follow-ups within 24-48 hours to get you the treatment you deserve. Patients who come to our facility become a part of our FixtPT family and have direct access to the clinicians through the portal, email and text messaging.
