He moved to the United States to continue his education and completed his residency in Neurology at USF- The University of South Florida, where he was a chief resident. Dr. Acosta completed his fellowship in Sleep Medicine at UM-University of Miami-Jackson Memorial Hospital and graduated in 2011. Dr. Acosta is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He is the Medical Director of the Sleep Center at the Center of Neurology and Sleep Center in Loxahatchee, Florida. Dr. Acosta is fluent in English and Spanish.
