Fatoumata Kourouma, FNP-BC, earned her medical degree from Columbus State University and completed her residency at Columbus state University. She received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from The Sage Colleges in Troy New York and is board certified in Family Practice. Fatoumata has been practicing medicine for 7 years. Prior to joining Piedmont, she was a Family Nurse Practitioner at a pediatric primary care office. Fatoumata specializes in primary care. Her special interests include providing direct care to patients for a variety of health needs, treating acute and chronic illnesses for patients during all stages of life. In her spare time, Fatoumata enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures and spending time with family. Mrs. Kourouma is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
