Extended Care Services

My name is LaTasha, and I have over 20 years of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) field. I began my career in Minnesota as a float staff member supporting multiple group homes, which gave me hands-on experience in providing direct care. Over the years, I advanced into leadership roles, including Program Manager overseeing five group homes, Residential Coordinator, and Contract Manager in Colorado. My journey ultimately led me to serve as a Regional Director, where I managed teams, developed programs, and ensured quality service delivery across multiple locations. My broad experience-from frontline care to executive leadership-has equipped me with a deep understanding of the IDD community and a strong commitment to improving the lives of those we serve.
