Dr. Elkoulily received his medical degree from Ain Shams University Medical School in 1985. He completed his residency at Suez General Hospital, Egypt in Anesthesia and at Kingsbrook Jewish Hospital, Brooklyn and served as the Chief Resident. Dr. Elkoulily also interned as a Research Assistant at the esteemed Yale University, Department of Cardiology in 1993. He is also board certified and currently has privileges at Mercy Medical Center, South Nassau Hospital, NSLIJ Franklin Hospital & NSLIJ Southside Hospital. Dr. E, as his patients affectionately call him, received the Patients Choice and Most Compassionate Doctor Awards several years in a row. His charming bedside manner and his ability to accurately diagnose / treat patients are what keep his patients loyal to his care.
