Santa Barbara cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Terry J. Perkins, and founder / Medical Director of Evolutions, is onsite several days per week and has extensively trained the staff to treat many skin concerns including wrinkles, acne, sun damage, cellulite, tattoo removal, and hair removal.
