She remained at Michigan State for her medical education, receiving her medical degree from the MSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Melkonian completed a residency in Family Medicine at McLaren Macomb Hospital in Mount Clemens, Michigan. Her clinical interests are widespread, which is why she went into family medicine. She is particularly fond of women’s health, pediatrics, chronic disease management, and performing small in-office procedures. Dr. Melkonian is passionate about preventive medicine.
