Eric S. Blacher, MD, MPH, is a board-certified family medicine physician who sees children 10 years old and older. He provides customized treatment plans for each individual based on their unique physiology and biopsychosocial circumstances.
His clinical areas of interest include preventive medicine, metabolic health optimization, primary care, academic medicine and teaching medical students, and aerospace medicine.
Blacher is a third-generation physician and is passionate about his profession. He believes in providing comprehensive care in a judgment-free, compassionate environment using evidence-based medicine and methodologies. His ability to make his patients feel comfortable and welcome in a clinical setting sets his practice apart. Getting to know his patients helps him provide the best care possible, and encouraging shared decision-making is paramount in his physician-patient relationship.
Blacher graduated from medical school in 2011 at St. George’s University School of Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital in 2014.
Blacher continues to serve his country as an Air Force Reserve flight surgeon and field grade officer.
