Ennis & Mullen is a full-service real estate appraisal, appraisal review, and consulting company providing appraisal services for residential, commercial, industrial, and special purpose properties in Northeast Florida, including Baker, Clay, Duval, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties.

The firm is comprised of three State-Certified General Appraisers and one State-Certified Residential Appraiser.

We regularly appraise single-family dwellings, multi-family dwellings, condominiums, retail properties, office properties, industrial properties, houses of worship, vacant land, marinas, mixed-use properties, subdivisions, and more.

We provide support to lenders (new loans, refinancing, and foreclosure), attorneys (litigation, estate planning, bankruptcy, divorce, etc.), accountants, government entities, property owners, prospective buyers, and others.

Duncan R. Ennis, Sr, President of the company, holds the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute.
