Richard Powell is both the President and Professional Engineer for EASI. He has over 30 years of experience in all phases of project management from conceptual design through final construction inspection. He has been involved with various types of projects, including heavy plant construction, commercial development, residential subdivisions, and residential construction. From site selection through design and construction to continuing maintenance, his experience is varied and comprehensive. Expertise includes real estate site selection - site layout design, building design - construction management - facility construction, rehabilitation and/or renovation - environmental compliance - code compliance. His primary responsibilities include oversight of all engineering functions as well as the overall operation of the Company.
