As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with 16 years of nursing experience, I'm passionate about helping individuals find balance and healing in their lives. I have a special interest in maternal mental health, particularly in supporting individuals through postpartum depression, anxiety, postpartum OCD, PMDD, recurrent pregnancy loss, and traumatic birth experiences. Over the past five years, I've worked in an OBGYN setting providing care and support to pregnant women. During that time, I gained firsthand experience helping them navigate the unique mental health challenges of pregnancy and the perinatal period.
