She earned a BA in Biology nnd graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas and earned her medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She moved to Denver for her internship in the Department of Internal Medicine at Exempla St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, and residency training in the Department of Dermatology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences, in Aurora. She enjoys medical dermatology, pediatric dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatologic surgery. She also enjoys time with her family, skiing, cycling, hiking, and watching Jayhawk basketball. She is a member of AAD and the American Medical Association.
