I am a physical therapist practicing in outpatient orthopedics. I treat a variety of musculoskeletal injuries but specialize in helping people with spine conditions.Isaac Newton wisely stated “An objective that is at rest will tend to stay at rest. An object that is in motion will tend to stay in motion.” My goal as a therapist is to keep you moving, to create a safe and effective path for you to achieve your personalized goals, and to empower you along the way.

I am passionate about my profession and strive to create a positive and healing environment where all can thrive.

As a lifelong resident of Utah and graduate from the University of Utah, I am often adventuring in the Wasatch Mountains or spending time with my husband and daughter. My hobbies include hiking, skiing, camping, reading, and participating in and watching sports.
