Our location in the Swatara Township area of Harrisburg, PA, is well located to provide a tranquil setting that is still within a short distance of employers, schools, and freeways, including I-83 and I-283 via Eisenhower Blvd. Each Emerald Pointe floor plan is equipped with upscale features including a full-size washer and dryer and gracious walk-in closets. All of our kitchens are outfitted with maple cabinetry as well as a dishwasher and microwave while select townhomes feature a finished basement, attached garage, or both.
