Dr. Elron Mighty joined Intermountain Health in 2012.

Dr. Mighty enjoys getting to know his patients as individuals so he can understand their situation at home and help them become happy and healthy, both mentally and physically. He listens to their concerns and takes time to explain the reasons behind the medications and treatments he prescribes to empower his patients to help themselves improve their conditions. He realizes that geriatric patients present a unique set of challenges, and he designs programs for them that will meet their health goals and help their daily lives become easier and more fulfilling.

Dr. Mighty earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine, MSc in Molecular Microbiology from Nottingham University, and BSc in Medical Technology from Northern Caribbean University.
