Dr. Garcia earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Georgia. She then attended New Hanover Regional Medical Center to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Her specialties and medical interests include low and high-risk pregnancies, group prenatal care, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (including the Da Vinci Robot), and vaginal surgery. Her special interests include robotic and laparoscopic surgery, surgery for prolapse, and group prenatal care. In her spare time, Dr. Garcia enjoys exercise, a good book, time with friends and family, and spending time outdoors with her dog Emma.
