Elite Healthcare Training Academy is a premier healthcare training institution dedicated to preparing compassionate, skilled, and career-ready Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Founded and led by Lakeshia Brown, BSN, RN, our program is built on real-world clinical expertise, high standards, and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Our 4-week CNA training program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, hands-on skills, and confidence needed to succeed in today's healthcare environment. The program consists of three weeks of classroom and lab instruction followed by one week of supervised clinical training in a healthcare facility.
