Elias Khawam, MD, is board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Khawam earned his medical degree from the University of Aleppo Faculty of Medicine in Syria. He completed his internship and residency at State University of New York Upstate Medical University in Buffalo, where he also served as chief resident. As an internist, Dr. Khawam diagnoses and treats a host of medical conditions in adult patients. He enjoys the challenges of his work as well as the satisfaction of making his patients feel b hem at ease. In his spare time, he enjoys watching soccer and spending time with his family. In addition to English, Dr. Khawam speaks Arabic.
