Elevated Wellness Clinic is a behavioral health service provider that offers a variety of services to clients ages 5+. The program is designed to provide all Maryland residents with the necessary tools and resources to thrive in their personal and professional lives, while addressing the pressing needs of Maryland's most vulnerable population.
The program is based on four fundamental services: an outpatient mental health center that offers therapy and medication management; an intensive outpatient program for substance use disorder (IOP-SUD); and a psychiatric rehabilitation program for adults and minors (PRP-A/M), which emphasizes skill building and individualized case management.
The goal of the program is to help clients achieve their full potential by providing them with the tools and resources they need to live healthy and productive lives.
