Eleanor K. Min, O.D., F.A.A.O., is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute. She specializes in routine eye exams for children, with particular expertise in refractive errors, amblyopia and strabismus.

Dr. Min received her optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, where she graduated with high honors. In addition, she is a Beta Sigma Kappa and Gold Key academic honor society member. She continued her postgraduate education with a residency at the University of California Berkeley School of Optometry that focused on pediatrics and binocular vision, with an emphasis on diagnosis, management and vision therapy for developmental visual anomalies — including strabismus and amblyopia — as well as visual processing disorders that result in learning disabilities. After completing her residency, she stayed on as clinical faculty in the binocular vision clinic at UC Berkeley for a year while obtaining her fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry.

When not practicing, Dr. Min enjoys spending time with her husband and three young daughters.
