Through active listening and a strength-based approach, we can work together on defining your goals and creating a treatment plan that suits your unique needs. Treatment plans can include medications and other holistic interventions such as movement, adding foods (no diets), specific therapy recommendations, or mindfulness-based techniques. I use interventions that are science-based and supported by evidence.
I have over 8 years experience in treating people with addiction, most of whom had other mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD with a focus on women-identifying individuals.
