Dr. Brockman, a graduate of University of Louisville School of Medicine, drives over 35,000 miles yearly to provide eye care to underserved areas in Kentucky and Indiana. A Major in the U.S. Army Reserves, he served in the Gulf War. Dr. Brockman also served on the University of Kentucky’s Board of Trustees for over 12 years, championing quality care access in rural areas.
