Dr. Border is a Post-Doctoral Fellow working toward licensure in the state of North Carolina. Dr. Border has training and experience conducting individual therapy with people across the lifespan with a variety of presenting concerns. She has tailored her training and experiences toward health psychology and enjoys working with individuals who have co-occurring physical and mental health concerns. She also has specialty training experiences in women’s health, and particularly enjoys using evidence-based practices to help families through the pre-and post-partum periods. Dr. Border values a collaborative relationship with her clients as they navigate the process of individual therapy.
