I have 25+ years of experience as a volunteer, therapist, life coach, and advocate, working with individuals impacted by trauma.

As a therapist, my specialty includes working with those affected by early childhood trauma, recent trauma, and/or ongoing traumatic situations.

I am trained & certified in EMDR, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Parts Work (IFS), Intergenerational Trauma, Archetypal Psychology, Sand Tray, & Dream Analysis.

I work from a depth-oriented approach, addressing trauma from every possible vantage point, since trauma is stored in the body, thoughts/beliefs, emotions, nervous system, & soul. This is why we can feel triggered so easily.
