Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I treat my clients holistically, looking at the entire body and person as a whole. This includes, but not limited to, complete medical history, nutrition, sleep habits, stress levels, traumatic events, physical demands required of you at work and/or home, physical activity levels, etc. Supplementation and dietary recommendations may be provided within my scope of practice as a health and certified functional nutrition practicioner to help improve your functional ability. If needed, recommendations to other health care professionals may be provided to give you the most optimal and complete care to address any health-related issue that may out of my scope of practice.
