As a DNP and board-certified PMHNP, I’m passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each person’s unique needs. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other mood or stress-related conditions. I also support clients coping with trauma, grief, OCD, panic, family or relationship challenges, and maternal or cultural stressors.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, I value inclusivity and cultural understanding in every interaction. My approach combines empathy with evidence-based practice to create a safe, collaborative environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported.
