When Luis DeLeon Usuga, MD, opened Dr. DeLeon's Woman's Health Care, a wellness and obstetrics center in Rowlett, in the northeastern suburb of Dallas, Texas, his vision wasn’t merely to provide superior comprehensive women’s health care throughout all the stages of a woman’s life.
