Dr. Charles Miller and Dr. Abigail Miller are a father-daughter team of doctors providing primary care services to Coffee and surrounding counties in South Georgia. Both trained at Tulane University School of Medicine, We offer full scope primary care, including diagnosis and management of chronic conditions, routine gynecologic exams, STD testing, as well as management of acute injuries or illnesses, We love our seniors! We are committed to helping all of of our patients live long, fulfilling, happy, and comfortable lives. Our office is wheelchair accessible. We offer same-day service, and are able to care for many illnesses and injuries that might otherwise require an ER visit. We are happy to provide routine age-appropriate gynecological screening , breast exams, birth control, and pregnancy confirmation.
