As an attorney I have been in a general practice of law since 1986 with a five year stint in the Roanoke City Commonwealth's Attorney Office. I have prosecuted and defended capital murder cases, as well as all other felony and misdemeanor cases in Virginia Courts. I also handle domestic and family matters (divorce, adoption, custody, support). Not directly related but of a family nature, I am increasing my concentration on estate planning and administration matters.
