Aiding others in examining their lives for areas of change has been the focus of my career for 10 + years. I have experience in many areas of mental health including crisis management, outpatient therapy, inpatient and partial hospitalizations. This experience has allowed me to utilize diverse approaches to therapy to assist clients in achieving their individual goals and desired results. I have treated a wide range of mental health diagnosis and conditions such as depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, PTSD among others. I approach therapy from a trauma informed care aspect.
