I scheduled an appointment on her calendar, received a confirmation text message of the date / time and then after the appointment time came and went I then get a direct email changing the time. With her changing the time, she then arrives late for that appointment (that she unilaterally rescheduled) as well and provides no apologies and starts the call saying "this is a courtesy I am even calling you or that I take calls." The purpose of the call with her (after leaving 4 messages yesterday and getting nothing back then using her on line calendar to schedule the call, was I called her regarding help with a pre-existing claim, she provided false and inaccurate information saying it was "not reasonable" in my questions. I then called the national number who stated I was 100% correct and she was wrong and they took care of it. During my call with her, while she was rude and condescending I pointed out how long someone had been her customer she said "didn't care" (yes quote). Allstate claims you are in "good hands" with their company that may is true at the national number however with this person you could not be in worse hands. I shared the recording of the call with peers in her industry both with Allstate and with other companies and all of them said they could not believe the way she speaks to people, could not believe she admitted to no customer loyalty and provided such inaccurate information. The peers I shared the call with were both from Allstate and other agencies in other states said 100% said that in no way does Debra share their company values or in the case of AllState, that specific company values. If you are using her as your agent change to a different agent in the area. If you are considering her as an agent for sure go with Allstate but go with a different agent. This review is specific to the agent, not to Allstate, when I spoke to Allstate's national customer service they were 100% professional, 100% awesome, 100% helpful. When I shared the experience with the national number, they were just amazed at how she behaved.
