I have always enjoyed working with and helping people, and I quickly fell in love with family medicine. I truly believe in caring for the whole person. I like to build strong relationships with my patients so we can work together to help them achieve a healthy lifestyle. I have extensive experience in chronic disease management, including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). I also have a special interest in women’s health and family planning. Outside of work, I’m often at home with my two pups, Rita and Coco. I enjoy curling up with a good book or catching up on a TV series on the weekends. After work, I usually wind down by going to the gym and staying active.
