Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon David Newman, MD, FAAHKS, FRCSC, has diverse orthopedic experience with skills acquired in Australia, Canada, and the United States. After earning his medical degree from Saba University School of Medicine in the Netherlands, Dr. Newman completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada.

Dr. Newman completed Arthroplasty Fellowships at Queen’s University in Ontario, and in Perth, Australia. He also completed the Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in Ontario. Dr. Newman is a Fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Newman has a keen interest in technologies improving the accuracy and outcome of surgery and utilizes patients' specific 3D planning and instrumentation for total knee replacements.
