After graduating from Utah State, David attended Marshall University in West Virginia and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019.

David was raised in North Salt Lake, where he cultivated an interest in basketball, fishing, and golf. He is fortunate to have a supportive spouse, along with two sons and two daughters, with whom he enjoys spending quality time at home.
