Dr. David Dickson, OD, graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University with his degree in optometry in 1976. Dr. Dickson worked in an ophthalmology practice and gained valuable medical experience during this time. He then went on to provide eye care in a private practice setting before joining Clarkson Eyecare. Dr. Dickson has been involved with medical eye care and received his license to practice the treatment and management of ocular disease in 1992. He also was on the board of the Ohio Optometric Association for 8 years before becoming the second youngest president in Ohio history. He has been on numerous state and national committees to expand the professional role optometry plays in the health care arena.Outside o
