Dr Callaghan is fellowship trained in Mohs surgery, cosmetic dermatology and laser procedures. He graduated cum laude with a BA from Boston College and earned his MD from Georgetown University, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.He completed his dermatology residency at Boston Medical Center and was one of 1O residents nationwide to present research at the Resident of Distinction Award program. He was also awarded the Nancy and G Robert Baler, MD Distinguished Clinical Scholar Award. During his fellowship, Dr Callaghan trained with faculty from Harvard, Brown, and Yale at SkinCare Physicians.He enjoys hiking, skiing, attending concerts, photography, and watching sports, especially hockey and football.
