Dalton Trucking started dependable service in 1963, and was incorporated in 1970. Terry Klenske bought this four truck operation as a hobby in 1977 while working at Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc. It has since grown into an over 200 employee, 100 truck operation. Dalton Trucking Inc. offers specialized services in open top bulk transportation, lowbed, general freight on flatbeds and vans, as well as rail service, intermodal and 3PL services. In addition, the company provides off-loading services for everything from lumber to steel. Dalton Trucking's off-road division operates loaders, dozers, blades and water trucks; offering customized services to cement plant customers, contractors and municipalities.
